Shipping conditions

Shipping time
Our products are shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
The average delivery time is 7-10 working days , usually your package will reach you after about 9 days .

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €40.
For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.90.

Shipping service provider
Delivery is carried out by our reliable logistics partners (e.g. DHL, Deutsche Post or similar providers).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package at any time.

Delivery area
We currently only deliver within Germany and the EU .
For orders outside the EU, please contact us in advance by email.

Shipping delays
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g. due to high demand, holidays or customs controls) minor delays may occur.
We will, of course, inform you if the shipping of your order is unexpectedly delayed.

Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully. We assume no liability for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.
